About UOOA
UOOA was founded by a husband and wife after a decade-long search for eye care that truly restores. The name UOOA (우아) means grace — and a little bit of wow — and that's exactly what we want you to feel when you look in the mirror.
Our story
After years of struggling with extreme dryness, visible redness and persistent milia — and trying countless products that never lasted — our founders set out to build something different. One brought a background in data, AI and marketing; the other, a creative director, shaped every detail of the product, design and packaging. Two years of R&D and clinical testing later, UOOA launched in February 2026.

Our guiding philosophy is simple: return your skin to its original rhythm rather than concealing it. The radiant eyes you see in K-pop and K-drama start with daily eyelid care — and now that ritual is available in the USA.
Made in South Korea, clinically tested by independent P&K and FITI laboratories, FDA registered, fragrance-free, vegan and cruelty-free (in-vitro).
