Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Have the original safety seal fully intact
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original components, inserts, and accessories
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are opened, unsealed, damaged, altered, or missing any original components are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@getuooa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by UOOA.
- We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Please note that returns sent to our registered or business addresses cannot be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@getuooa.com as soon as possible.
If the issue is confirmed:
- We will cover return shipping
- No restocking fee will apply
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or unsealed
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification.
Returned items must still:
- Be unused and unopened
- Have the original seal intact
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted
- Processing may take up to 15 business days
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
