Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

The sweepstakes begins on April 6, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

How to Enter

Submit your email via the official signup form during the Entry Period
Limit one (1) entry per person
Purchases made during April 2026 by existing customers are automatically entered

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Prize

Seven (7) winners will be selected
Each winner will receive one (1) UOOA Self-Care Kit
Approximate retail value: $50 USD per prize

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted after April 30, 2026
Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter on or around May 1, 2026

Winner Requirements (Response & Fulfillment)

Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification
Winners must provide a valid shipping address to claim their prize
If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected

Publicity / Media Release

By entering, participants agree that UOOA may use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted information for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, website, and other media channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Conditions

UOOA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control
UOOA is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
